Create & Invite Groups

Participants must be invited to join a Broadcast. The participants will receive an email with details on how to activate their account.

As a first-time platform user, the email includes an OTP (One-Time-Pin) that will allow them to activate their account. Returning users will just need to confirm the invite from their app. Create groups to invite participants Either select an existing group or create a new one. Go to “Manage Groups” to add a new group. For campaign Broadcasts, invites will only be sent once you publish. Audience invites will be sent instantly.

Select the mail icon (from the top icon menu) to see previews of the emails, SMS and push notifications that go out to participants.
