Cloud File

Cloud File can be used to store media files and easily access them when adding media to Broadcasts and activities.

Access Cloud File

You can access Cloud File directly via the main menu by selecting "Cloud File". From here, you can use the options in the top menu (top right) to:

  • +Folder: Add a new folder

  • Upload: Upload media to a specific folder or to the general directory

You can also select a media file (by clicking on it to reveal the following options):

  • Download: Download the selected media file

  • Open: Open the selected file/folder

  • View Details: View file/folder details such as "Created" (date) and "Created by"

  • Delete: Delete the selected file/folder

TIP: Always create and name folders. This will ensure that Cloud File load time is minimised and that your media is easily accessible and well organised.
