Setting static or dynamic targets in a Goal Ring graph.

Goal Ring Targets

The target value can be added to the data collection in a specified column. This can then be referenced in two ways:

1. As a static value A value entered as a single target on the goal ring.

2. As a dynamic constant value A value provided in the uploaded data. When this value is used in a personal goal ring it will consider the current user's value. When used in a public goal ring it considers the average of the values.
