Analytics Explained

Broadcaster analytics will include the following auto-analytics every time you setup a Broadcast, but you can choose to add additional anlytics. It is also possible to switch each graph on/off or remove it from your analytics view.

You can add the following graphs & analytics:

FOCUS

Top contenders, performance, participation & audience map are auto-added

  • Leaderboard Displays ranking of all contenders.

  • Performance graph Shows performance results based o n your performance upload(s).

  • Participation Overall interaction rate expressed as a percentage. The formula is: Total Interactions/Total Activities x Total Participation.

  • Audience map Where participants are located.

  • Goal rings To set and monitor targets.

  • Pie graph Create custom pie graphs using uploaded data.

  • Rank list Add a rank list based on performance uploaded.

INSIGHT

Sentiment, pulse and demographics are auto-added

  • Pulse Interaction rate and levels of activity engagement.

  • Sentiment AI is used to examine and interpret language and/or emotions used in surveys, discussions and reactions.

  • Demographic Audience average age and gender identification.

  • Series graph Create a custom series graph using uploaded data.

  • Pie graph Create custom pie graphs using uploaded data.

ANALYSIS

Engagement, responsiveness, and frequency are auto-added

  • Engagement See how many participants engaged with activities over time.

  • Frequency Frequency of participation over time.

  • Responsiveness How long participants take to respond to activities on average.

  • Series graph Create a custom series graph using uploaded data.

  • Pie graph Create custom pie graphs using uploaded data.

  • Rank list Add a rank list based on performance uploaded.

  • Map graph Display performance data on a map. Note: Please ensure you are using the correct location formatting as explained in Data Upload and as can be seen in the sample data.
