To illustrate how you can work with a performance data upload, we are using a Call Centre Performance/Incentive Campaign scenario.
In this scenario, call centre agent performance is tracked to extract top-performing individuals, teams, locations, and overall sales, leads & rating.
We will create the following Call Centre Dashboard graphs that will be visible to participants on their Airshot app: 1. Top Diallers (Rank List) 2. Top Locations (Map Graph) 3. Top Teams (Pie Graph, X-Axis: Team Name, Series: Sales) 4. Targets (Goal Rings: Sales, Leads, Calls) 5. Leads vs Calls (Series Graph).
In this example, we want to see the top diallers. To do this, we set up the Rank List as follows:
X-Axis: Email address (this will identify the participant based on their account details)
Series: Calls (we want to display results from the "Calls" column)
Series Aggregation / Formula: Sum Total (we want to see the total of the series, i.e. total calls)
The participant email address should be used to identify the participant.
We are going to use the Map Graph to get a visual on where our top-performing locations are.
Locations: In our sample performance data, we have a "Locations" column, which we will draw upon to identify locations. Use the ISO Alpha-2 format for locations.
Series: We have used "Sales" as the marker to determine top-performing locations.
Important: If you are including locations in you performance upload, the data must be added in the following format: "City, Country Code". This allows us to accurately look up locations and plot them on maps. The country code follows the ISO Alpha-2 format (which is a standard format).
To see who the top-performing teams are, we are going to use a Pie Graph.
X-Axis: Team Name (the team names were specified in the Team Name column of the upload)
Series: Sales (we want to display results from the "Sales" column)
Series Aggregation / Formula: Sum Total (we want to see the total of the series, i.e. total sales)
You can set the pie graph to either "Personal" or "Public". If set to "Personal", the participant will only see results relevant to them. If set to "Public", participants will see aggregated Broadcast data.
Note: Certain data won't make sense if set to "Personal". For example, if you create a pie graph that shows top sales by location, setting it to "Personal" would mean that the participant will only see their own location.
We can use Goal Rings to specify the goals that we want participants to reach. Goals can be set to public or private.
Date: Specify which date column to use (of you have more than one in your data upload)
Target Window: Can be set to All Time, Each Month, or Each Year
Ring Goals: Choose the category (e.g. Sales) and set the goal by adjusting the zero value. For example, if the monthly goal is 1000 sales, you would enter 1000 as the goal for the sales category. You can add up to three rings/goals.
The series graph can be used to compare results. In this example, we compare Leads vs Sales.
Series Category: Here we select the series category we want to track.
Plot Type: We select whether we want to plot the series category as a line or a graph.
Formula: We decide how we want the series to be calculated (Sum Total, Average Total or Progressive Total).
A public series shows results of the collective participants, whereas a private series shows the individual participant how they are doing.
